Maria & Tony: I met Bill a couple years ago while looking for a commercial property for our business. I wanted to buy a house as an investment and one came up for sale right on the street I live on. I called Bill right away. It was an estate sale and there were 5 sellers, and for some reason the listing agent couldn’t get us into the house right away.
